Hello my name is Joann. I bring the Irish Spirit to the team. Growing up in Ireland with my family, I studied Office Information Systems and Human Resources before meeting my husband Patrick.
We moved to China with our 3 boys and lived there for 3 years before moving to Austin, Texas the summer of 2018. This is my first time living in the USA and I think we are so fortunate to have picked Austin. Austin is a beautiful place and I have to say I love the hot weather. My Irish family is extremely jealous of this new climate we enjoy all year long.
Work Life Balance is an important part of my life and I love my weekends with my boys and exploring the Austin Countryside because it has so much to offer everyone of all ages.
I had never watched a football game until we moved to Austin. Like they say, “If you can’t beat them, join them.” All 3 of my boys have embraced Texas Football and I am a proud football mum!
After 12 months of living in Austin, I was extremely blessed to meet Gene and Susan Arant. They welcomed me to the team and are now my American Family. I enjoy being part of a prosperous team and showing our customers how important they are to us. Excellent customer service involves meeting and surpassing expectations to create customers for life. I am often the first person you will see as you enter our office and will be happy to greet you with my Irish accent and a Big Texas Welcome
