Last spring, when I finally was ready to sell my house in Austin, I relied on the Gene Arant Team to find a buyer for me, and handle all of the details for me, and I am quite pleased with the results, despite selling the house for a bit less than I had hoped for. However, I am sure that it was the best price possible at the time, given the condition of the property at the time I needed to sell it, and their advice to sell it as-is for a lower price probably saved me a lot of headaches dealing with contractors to repair everything, and saved me a lot of time and money, too, because i did not need to keep going back to that house to repair things or to meet with professional repair teams.
