Meanwhile, days on market remain unchanged at 78 days, indicating that while buyers are taking their time, homes are still moving at a predictable pace.

• Homes Sold: 1,472 (19% drop from 1,817 in 2024)
• Median Home Price: $450,000 (2% decrease from $460,000 in 2024)

• Close-to-List Price Ratio: 97.2% (slightly down from 97.5% in 2024)

With fewer sales and a slight decline in new listings, buyers may find themselves with more negotiating power in today's market.
